When a large size elbow is impossible to be supplied from injection molding , the segmented elbow by fabrication will be a good solution, especially it is required to be a long radius like 1.5D.
All our segmented elbows are designed and produced to international standards of ISO4427, EN12201, AS/NES 4130 and GB 13663. 4- segment is the regular type for a 90°elbow, with derating factor of 0.8. Also, 7 segment type is available with higher cost but much lower flow resistance and this 7 segment type is full pressured and approximate arc shape.
We can produce segmented elbows up to 1600mm size.
